Dreadful Silence

Dreadful silence,
taking the voice ransom.
You have control down to a science,
and you're not even that handsome.

Jealous of Sunshine

Morning break -

Sun shines a ray of light

and the distance they travel

are unending.

Not God -

or Goddess -

but some natural glowing perfection 

in human form.

Swaying -

Dancing -

Floating - 

without a care in the world.

Not caring if they are seen.

What I would give to be seen like that.

But no one will ever know that for sure -

For it's a secret well kept.
